Ingredients

baking soda

salt

baking powder

cinnamon

nutmeg

allspice (optional)

ground cloves

sugar

cup
water

cup
oil

eggs beaten
16
ounces
canned pumpkin (1 can)
1
cup
chopped pecans
Instructions
Grease 2 9x5x3 inch loaf pans.
In a large bowl mix together all the dry ingredients.
Blend in the water and oil. Mix in the eggs.
Blend in the pumpkin.
Fold in the pecans.
Divide batter between 2 loaf pans.
Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour, or until toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.
Notes
To make mini loaves: Grease 7 mini loaf pans and bake in oven for 30 minutes or until toothpick inserted comes out clean.
