5apples cored and chopped peeled if you prefer. Any kind of apple
1cupthinly sliced celery
3/4cuptoasted chopped walnuts or pecans
1cupred grapes cut in half
1/2cup Craisins (dried cranberries)
Salad Dressing
8tbspGreek yogurt plain or vanilla flavored
2tbsphoney
1 1/2tbsp lemon juice
Instructions
Make dressing. In a small bowl, stir together the Greek yogurt, lemon juice, and honey. Set aside.
Toss it all together. In a large bowl, add the apples, celery, grapes, walnuts/pecans, and dressing. Stir it all together until everything is evenly coated.
Salad is best eaten the same day but can be stored in the fridge for 2 days
