Healthy Waldorf Salad

Sweet and savory salad that is ready in a few minutes.

Ingredients
  

  • 5 apples cored and chopped peeled if you prefer. Any kind of apple
  • 1 cup thinly sliced celery
  • 3/4 cup toasted chopped walnuts or pecans
  • 1 cup red grapes cut in half
  • 1/2 cup Craisins (dried cranberries)

Salad Dressing

  • 8 tbsp Greek yogurt plain or vanilla flavored
  • 2 tbsp honey
  • 1 1/2 tbsp lemon juice

Instructions
 

  • Make dressing. In a small bowl, stir together the Greek yogurt, lemon juice, and honey. Set aside.
  • Toss it all together. In a large bowl, add the apples, celery, grapes, walnuts/pecans, and dressing. Stir it all together until everything is evenly coated.
  • Salad is best eaten the same day but can be stored in the fridge for 2 days
