Cinnamon Honey Butter
A delicious spread for scones, bagels, waffles, pancakes and more
- 2 cup liquid honey
- 2 cup butter softened
- 2 cup powdered sugar
- 4 tsp cinnamon
Using a whisk attachment on an electric mixer, add all ingredients to a mixing bowl and blend until smooth and creamy (about 5-7 minutes), scraping down the sides of the bowl as needed.
Use a rubber spatula to pour the mixture into a large pastry bag (or ziptop bag), cut off the tip (or one corner of the bag), and squeeze into half-pint jars. PRO TIP: place the bag in a tall glass for support, or have someone hold the bag while you spoon in the butter mixture.
Keep refrigerated. Serve at room temperature.
