Ingredients:
3 cups pumpkin puree
3cups sugar
2/3 cup of flour
3 teaspoons cinnamon
1 teaspoon cloves
1 teaspoon allspice
1/4 teaspoon ginger
3 eggs
3 cups of milk
3 unbaked pie shells (check out my easy pie crust recipe)
Preheat oven to 400 degrees Fahrenheit. Mix all ingredients together in order and fill unbaked pie shells. Bake for 15 minutes at 400 degrees then lower temperature to 350 degrees and bake for 30 minutes. Bake until filling is set. It is best to let pie cool and serve at room temperature with a big dollop of whipped cream.
